Although not funded by the NCPTSD, its Evaluation Division -- the Northeast Program Evaluation Center (NEPEC) at West Haven, Connecticut -- is linked programmatically with all Divisions. Under the direction of Robert Rosenheck MD, NEPEC performs evaluation and monitoring of all VA hospital-based PTSD programs throughout the nation.
