National Center for PTSD Clinical Quarterly
The NCP Clinical Quarterly is published by the Clinical Laboratory and
Education Division of the National Center for PTSD. It is addressed to the
needs of practicing PTSD clinicians and program administrators, providing them
with an overview of the major clinical, theoretical, and programmatic
developments in the field.
Most issues have a thematic focus, bringing together several short articles
on one particular aspect of traumatic stress for clinicians and administrators.
Although the emphasis is on the treatment of veterans, much of the Clinical
Quarterly's content is applicable to work with non-veterans as
well.
In addition to articles of relevance to clinicians, two featured columns are
included in each Clinical Quarterly issue:
- "New
Directions" offers commentary by the Executive Director of the NCPTSD
on cutting-edge issues for clinicians in the field of traumatic stress.
- "Woman
and Trauma: A Clinical Forum" discusses issues, innovations, and the
work of key clinicians with female trauma survivors.
A listing of all Quarterlies from 1990 to Spring, 2002. Contains links to
all available downloadable articles from the Clinical Quarterlies.
